Arkansas Homes and Rentals is Hiring a Maintenance Dispatcher Near Jacksonville, AR
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. This is a vital role that requires strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Skills:
- Strong electrical knowledge, including experience with high voltage systems
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Excellent maintenance management skills, including planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices
- Project management skills to oversee large-scale maintenance projects
- Knowledge of low voltage systems and logic controllers
- HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) experience is a plus
